No map. No model. Just a brand-new bike and the blank desert.

We had two weeks to build a website from scratch. We were working with a prototype, ironing out kinks in real time. And we were trusting our riders to push the limits of a bike no one had ever touched before.

Altis was completely hands off creatively, so the world was ours to build. That meant scouting remote locations, syncing chase cams, coordinating a helicopter, and creating a visual language worthy of the launch—all while prepping their socials and digital rollout from zero.

Altis Powersports revolutionized the electric dirt bike with the release of their Sigma and Sigma MX. These bikes highlight the cravings felt in the dirt bike community for lighter bikes with more torque, and Altis more than delivered on their promise. 

Altis approached us pre-launch, looking for a creative ecosystem that could handle all aspects of the launch, from launch strategy, to social media management, to video production, to take the bike and turn it into a movie.

Altis sold out all 500 bikes in the first 3 days, generating nearly $3M in sales.

We grew their Instagram to 13,000 followers in just 2 months, drove 1.2 million impressions and made The Forest Run into the most engaged post on their channel — all without paid media.

The momentum sparked organic press, community buzz, and a new standard for what electric motorbikes could look and feel like.

Subscribers described the brand as “relaxing” and “professional”—exactly the duality we aimed for.

Pre-production: We had two weeks to build everything from the ground up. That meant locking the website, outlining the launch plan, sourcing riders, and prepping gear for a multi-day desert shoot.

Production: Shot across sand dunes with a DJI 4D, drone, and locked ATV rig. Coordinated helicopter passes, rider choreography, and captured over 12 hours of raw footage across two days.

Post-production: Post-production brought the energy to life with a Mad Max-inspired color grade and immersive sound design that made every moment feel like you were on the edge of your seat.

We had one month to deliver the full campaign. We did it in five days. The concept was simple but hard to execute: match three riders—ages 13 to 40—to three E Ride Pro bikes, and show the real difference in how they ride. The challenge wasn’t technical—it was human.

How do you capture the raw energy of a teenager, the precision of a seasoned rider, and the in-between, in a way that feels cohesive? Creative freedom gave us room to push—but when the client asked to see more off-road grit, we took the crew to the trails.

When we kicked off our partnership with E Ride Pro in early 2025, we knew exactly how to let their bikes speak. We cast three dirt bike riders, ages 13 to 40—each one dialed to match a different model: the 2.0, 3.0, and the SR. No scripts, no sets. Just people who ride, and why they ride.

In five shoot days across eight locations, we built a full campaign from the ground up, complete with a docu-style mini-series, a new custom-built COB rig (camera on bike), and enough dust, trail, and motion to give each frame its own pulse. This campaign is a reminder that the quiet power of electric can still make noise.

13-year-old Almog Moyal’s Ride With a Pro episode quickly became one of E Ride Pro’s most talked-about and emotionally resonant videos of the year. The real impact lived in the comments—his story lit up the feed with joy, nostalgia, and genuine community pride. Riders of all ages saw themselves in it. It wasn’t about the product—it was about what’s possible when you put the right person on the right machine.

In just two months, the brand saw a +2,516% surge in followers, +3,207% boost in impressions, and an 80% rise in awareness. They dropped 117 posts during that stretch—up 1,200% from the previous period—all organically.

Pre-production: We cast riders, mapped terrain, and built the framework to move fast without losing story.

Production: Five days, eight locations, one crew moving like a pit team—capturing everything from FPV flights to trailhead interviews.

Post-production: Cut like a doc, paced like a ride—three episodes stitched from dust, dialogue, and pure rider energy.

Every few months, we flew across the Pacific with just enough gear to fill a couple of Pelicans—and came back with 20+ deliverables. No producers. No offloading to agencies. Just us. On the ground. Shooting, directing, editing, and delivering the full campaign slate on our own.

There’s a blueprint for dealership ads. We threw it out. The bigger challenge? Making each piece feel real. We weren’t selling a truck—we were capturing the moment someone used that truck to explore a waterfall, drive to a family cookout, or pick up their daughter from school. Every spot had to feel lived-in.

Shooting on O‘ahu meant dancing around rain, sun flares, traffic, and tight location access. Every production day had to be optimized. We scouted, shot, and delivered from sunrise to sundown—constantly adapting to keep momentum high, gear dry, and people stoked.

20 deliverables. Every month. For 36 months. That’s 700+ assets—each needing its own spark. We kept the creative fresh by rooting everything in real people, real locations, and real moments. No templates. No rinse and repeat. Just instinct, camera, and connection.

From 2020 to 2023, 02 Projects managed all creative production and social media for Honolulu Ford, delivering over 20 monthly assets—including commercials and photos—crafted by our two-person team during regular trips to O‘ahu. We handled every aspect from concept to delivery, capturing authentic stories that highlighted the island’s people and landscapes. The campaign’s core message, “Explore Hawaii. Love the Locals.,” transformed traditional car ads into narratives that resonated deeply with the community.

From 2020 to 2023, the Honolulu Ford account saw more than double the reach compared to pre-campaign years.

Comments, DMs, likes, swipes, captions—real people interacting with real stories. Not just views, but connection.

We kept the pipeline full without burning out the story or the team. Two people. Dozens of trips. Zero skipped months.

The biggest challenge with Drew House was the absence of formal creative direction. Their team kept things intentionally loose—which meant it was on us to define the direction they didn’t know they needed but would love.

Luckily, we had three years of shared history to pull from. We’d already been shaping the visual world of Drew House through countless shoots, so when it came time to build the brand book, we weren’t starting from scratch—we were building from instinct.

Casting was its own puzzle. We wanted every person in the book and videos to feel like a main character. Not just cool, but cinematic. Like they belonged in the same film, or in completely different films you’d still want to watch back-to-back.

After three years of working together, Drew House asked us to make something that had never existed for their brand—a book that captured the world they’d built.

No corporate voice, no over-explaining. Just something that felt like them.

We pulled from years of shoots and stories to build a book that matched their energy: expressive, authentic, and personal. 

The brand book became more than a deck, it became the deck. Drew House used it to onboard new team members, brief collaborators, and articulate the ethos of a brand that had always been more felt than explained. It gave language and visuals to a community that had grown organically, and showed how  culture could scale without losing its soul.

On the video side, our IKON spot with Jaden Smith did what Drew House does best: made people feel something. It pulled in over 4 million views on Justin Bieber’s personal Instagram in 24 hours, becoming one of Drew House's most-watched pieces that year.

We built it from the ground up. That meant creating a shop-based workflow for installs and edits, syncing content delivery with every product launch, and flying to Utah each quarter to stay grounded in the brand’s roots. No fluff. No waiting. Just fast turns and full control.

What began as a single install video is now a full content pipeline. Warp 9 runs on our streamlined system—studio installs, quarterly Utah shoots, and platform-native edits.

Warp 9 now pulls over 1.13 million organic impressions every month—no ads, no boost, just pure traction. In the last 90 days alone, total reach crossed 1.38 million, pushing Warp 9 to the front of the e-moto pack.

Not only did we grow their audience—we gave it a rhythm. Our ASMR-style installs became the most high-performing video format across the board. Tight shots. Tool sounds. Clean cuts. That signature format drives more reach than any other type of content, and it’s now baked into the brand’s DNA.

The numbers don’t lie—16,000 new followers, over 224,000 engagements, and an audience that clicks, saves, and comes back for more. At a 19.8 percent engagement rate, this isn’t passive viewing. This is real connection.
